Cancellation/Make-Up Policy

No Make-Ups & No Refunds for Missed Classes
We no longer offer make-up classes for any missed sessions, and no refunds (full or partial) will be issued for absences under any circumstance. This applies to all missed classes, including those due to personal schedules, travel, illness, or conflicts, even if notice is given before the session begins.

No Refunds After Session Begins
Once a session has started, no refunds will be provided unless an extraordinary or unforeseeable circumstance occurs (e.g., serious medical issue or family emergency). These requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Weather Cancellations
If we cancel a class due to severe weather, we will attempt to schedule a make-up session. If a make-up is not possible, a refund will be issued for the canceled class.
